Spaghetti Bolognaise
An Italian speciality
This sparkling little number will delight your taste palettes and fill you with with all those Italian aromas. Makes two large servings
Part 1
- Heat large frying pan with 6 table spoons of Olive Oil
- Chop and add Peppers, Onion, other finely chopped vegtables and Garlic
- Add herbs and seasoning
- Heat for 2 mins until Onions turn slightly brown
- Add mince, bacon and tomato Puree plus a half teaspoon of sugar to sweaten
- Bring to boil and Simmer for 45mins
Part 2
- 35mins into the simmering, prepare half a medium sized saucepan with slightly salted water ( 1/2 teaspoon ) + a little olive oil
- Bring water to boil and add the Spaghetti, simmer for 10 mins
- Test spaghetti by either tasting or flinging a strand at the kitchen titles - If it sticks to the tiles then it is ready to eat !
Part 3
- Drain Spaghetti in colander
- Add Spaghetti to plate and grate cheddar cheese on top
- Pour over Bolognaise Sauce onto spaghetti and grate Parmigann Cheese over the sauce
- That should now be ready for someone/thing to eat.
