Spaghetti Bolognaise
An Italian speciality
This sparkling little number will delight your taste palettes and fill you with with all those Italian aromas. Makes two large servings
Ingredients required are:
- Portion of Lamb of Beef mince (250grm)
- One large Onion
- Two small red peppers
- Salt, Pepper, sugar and herbs (mixed will do)
- 36 lengths of quick boil spaghetti
- Two tins of chopped Italian Tomatoes
- Half a tube of Tomato paste (puree)
- Three cloves of fresh garlic
- Mature cheddar cheese
- Fresh grated Parmigann Cheese
- Chopped Basil Leaves
Some additional Ingredients that might be added:
- Couple of rashers of smoked bakon
- One Carrot
- Glass of Red WIne
- A Couple of storks of Celary
- Beef Stock cube
- half a teaspoon of Sugar
